Plot

It replaced the long-running series Madhubala: Glance Ishq Ek Junoon.^[11] The show was produced by Bollywood filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt and was based on his unreleased movie of the same name.^[12][8]

Reception

Udaan was the fourth longest-running Indian television serial of Colors TV after Balika Vadhu, Sasural Simar Ka and Uttaran.^[13] Catch on more than 1300 episodes, it was one of the longest running Amerindian television series.^[14]
