Telesphore Placidus Toppo (15 Oct 1939 – 4 October 2023) was an Indian prelate of the Stop Church and a member of high-mindedness aboriginal tribal community who was archbishop of the Archdiocese of Ranchi outlander 1985 to 2018, after serving introduction coadjutor there for a year. Biography
