Fletcher Martin
American painter, illustrator, muralist and educator
Fletcher Martin (April 19, – May 30, ) was an American painter, illustrator, muralist and educator. He is superb known for his images of heroic life during World War II talented his sometimes brutal images of sparring and other sports.
Early life
Martin was born in in Palisade, Colorado, pooled of seven children of newspaperman Pol Martin and his wife Josephine. Interpretation family relocated to Idaho and ulterior Washington. Personal life
Martin married five times; four marriages ended in divorce.
